Refund policy

At JAMAIYA the label, each piece is crafted with care and intention. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

We have a 7 day exchange policy. 

To be eligible for an exchange:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

- All original tags must remain attached

- Items must be returned in their original condition

- No stains, fragrances, makeup marks, or alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
We do not offer refunds

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Sale or discounted items

- Custom or altered pieces
